Attorney and Race Equity Trainer
I am a black, queer woman and I live with/cope from/survived mental health conditions, racial trauma, childhood sexual trauma, addiction, and imposter syndrome. In other words, I am an average, black, millennial.
I am also a civil rights attorney, an equity and inclusion consultant and newly minted host of Impostrix Podcast, a show affirming the lived experiences of professionals of color who navigate imposter syndrome and racial toxicity at work. I teach principals of anti-racism and racial justice advocacy to attorneys and advocates, and to help foster cultural humility and inclusivity within the workplace.
